Discuss with your kid the joy we feel when people treat us with good manners, and ask him/her to request to adult people like you to be treated using this good manners.

I suggest you to stablish a new standard of behavior to enhance the family atmosphere: EVERYTHING must be requested adding PLEASE and... SMILING!
